Added 2023-07-25 05:27:58 +0000 UTCDid this so that I'd have something resembling a 1:1 comparison of the shot with a G8 character. Putting any preferences for the characters aside, I think there's a clear winner. The G8 version still looks very good, but there's a level of detail with G9 that pretty clearly eclipses it, and the skin tone just looks more believable.

I think the best time to try it is if you have a specific G9 asset that you want to use for a comic. Like a morph or hairstyle or outfit.

2023-07-25 23:02:08 +0000 UTCThere's a tool that sounds like it basically allows you to use G8 poses with minimal issues by automatically converting them when you click on it, and there are similar tools to convert morphs... but I wouldn't assume that either works perfectly I'm probably going to hold off for now, but I'm not certain
