Trying more simple dialogs for this strip. In the third panel, the conjunction "なさい" (Na-sai) is being used which is a very parental kind of way to ask a favor. "ほうれん草全部を食べなさい。" (Eat all your spinach dear.) 皿を洗いなさい。(Please wash the dishes, hun). It gives off the vibe you have some level of assumed authority over the person youre using it on. So if a lover or a friend uses it, it may imply how the speaker sees their role in that relationship.
なさい to my understanding is kind of like when youre friend might have a bad habit of calling you 'hun' and it kinda gets under your skin. なさい has that condescending tone to it, so use wisely.
