I've experimented with making my own, and that can be good for destruction sequences but they're just not as high-quality as the ones by 3D building artists like StoneMason, so I get a lot of use out of the handful of destroyed building props he's made. Hopefully it's not too obvious that I'm re-using them most of the time!
