Stacey - slight change to the concept

Talked it over a bit, here's what I think is an improved version of the Stacey concept:

Stacey is a 5'5" 21-year old multi-millionaire heiress. Several years ago, Stacey was told that she has a rare condition called Super Libido Uterine Tertiary Syndrome, or SLUTS. If she feels prolonged emotional tension it can result in unpredictable physiological responses, so whenever she's angry, annoyed or aroused she needs to get immediate sexual relief. For easy access, she wears pants with the crotch cut out, and no underwear. (She gets really mad if anyone asks questions or stares.) And because of her long, immaculately-manicured nails, she can't get off on her own... so she has a number of female servants and employees who help her with that, and if they're not around she'll just have to find the nearest person with a fuckable face.

So what happens if she doesn't take care of her needs in time? Well, stage 1 of SLUTS gives her superhuman strength and wild mood swings. At the start of the story, she's never gotten to Stage 2... but partway through the first chapter she finds out on accident that it makes her temporarily grow, a side effect that she finds quite useful. Suddenly, just by teasing herself and holding off on orgasming for a few minutes, Stacey can grow 10, 20, 30 feet tall, and stay that height until she orgasms... Long enough that she can enjoy the power that comes with being a giantess. But Stacey soon realizes being a giantess gives her new appetites. And when she indulges them, she realizes they give her the curves she's always wanted...
