So, after messing around with a bunch of different concepts I finally figured it out

Stacey is a wealthy heiress in her early 20's
The protagonist is her new personal assistant (probably a guy but i'm not decided)
She's normally about 5'5", but sexual pleasure makes her grow anywhere from 7 to 200 feet tall, and her butt temporarily gets bigger too
Her clothes are specially made to grow with her (sorry but it's simpler that way, she can still undress when she wants to)
She has a very short temper and enjoys squishing anyone who annoys her to goo, either with her enormous behind or her heels
If she's hungry she'll sometimes grow so she can eat people
She will often ask her employees and personal assistants to help her grow
...you can put two and two together on that one!
