She was raised by diplomats and groomed to be a ruler, for it was prophesied that if she was allowed to control mankind, that she could about an era of peace and prosperity. They never told Her no. Everything She desired, She received.
Nineteen years later, the god child is all grown up, and She rules the world as a 1,000-foot tall dictator and living God. Her hunger is insatiable. She cares about nothing but her own constant pleasure. To go a minute without Her every orifice being stuffed is unthinkable. A high-tech megacity has been constructed around her bed, which she rarely leaves, with the sole intention of filling her endless needs. All of humanity are her slaves.
She lazes about, playing video games and inventing new and byzantine forms of cruelty, just to alleviate Her endless boredom. Her underlings try to keep her in line, but their efforts are increasingly fruitless, and she kills them at the slightest annoyance. But a new manager is brought in, one who manages to create a kind of connection with Her. Can they change her, or will humanity be crushed under the weight of her desires?
This is the new design of the character, which is closer to Her original concept. As I mentioned before, the original design ended up becoming the new version of Liz:
