Added 2017-08-30 05:00:01 +0000 UTCI spend a fair amount of time answering a handful of repeat questions. To try and simplify things, I've prepared a quick FAQ below.
Why can't I download most of the comics right now ?
I send out most comics via Mediafire links, which I'll send several days after the end of the month (likely around the 3rd-5th of September.) However, you can get several comics right now:

What are the reward tiers?
You can see what the new comics and other special rewards are this month by going here. In addition, each tier has a number of comics series (the higher tiers include all comics from lower tiers.) However, there's one other wrinkle: you have to subscribe for two months to get "caught up" with many of the longer comic series. If you want to make sure you get everything on the first month, you have to sign up as a VIP subscriber.
