World's tallest midget?

What if there was an incredibly short, stubby girl who grew, but instead of getting longer legs and everything, she just got bigger while keeping the same proportions? Here you have someone who's just over a head taller than the other girl because she started at like 4'2", but even though she's only like 6'0" now she's obviously way more massive than the slightly shorter girl. Anyway, got it out of my system.
