Linking Discord and iOS Prices

Also if you use Patreon on the iOS app, I implore you to read this article. TLDR your subscription prices are going to increase by 30% due to Apple's policies so be advised you should subscribe to any Patreon content including my own with the browser instead of with the phone app. Even on iPhones this should be possible by using your browser app to subscribe instead of the App Store app.
