Dear Patreons, the air in the Yucatan is embracingly kind, and invites you to sleep naked. The sunrise sky, baby pink and blue, peaks through my open glass patio. Rising early, I bicycle to the beach to find other ‘sunrise worshippers’ in our expansive 'cathedral' by the sea. Cell phones in hand, we take a dozen photos—just like yesterday. I enter in the ocean for a swim (sometimes the only one) and feel baptized each morning. Yoga on the beach, wet and salty, the sand molds to my feet, grounding the warrior poses. Sitting on wet sand, legs spread open to the sea, the foam washes me while I stretch. It's only 8 am and my day is lived!

Being brave, I ask a new friend to take photos of me while I was enjoying his hammock (women, don't be shy to ask, you'll discover new terrain together!
