Censored classrooms. State legislatures are declaring war on teaching race, gender, sexuality and USA history. Less than half of the states that do mandate sex education require the curriculum to be medically accurate, and only a fifth of middle schoolers are being taught sex ed topics considered “essential” by the CDC.

Parents helping their trans children with self determination are called ‘child abusers’ by Texas Gov Abbot. YET, a new Texas district court judge ruled to temporarily halt all prosecution of parents who assist their child seeking help.

In anti-abortion states many women’s clinics are closing which also means shutting down access to contraception, obstetric and gynecological care, especially for poor women of color in rural areas.

FOSTA resulted in the widespread de-platforming of sex workers, taking away their work and making it more unsafe. But there is a new danger on the horizon currently in the Senate—EARN IT bill. Services like Reddit, Twitter, Google Drive, Tinder, and Skype will have little choice but to surveil, ban and block any form of sexual expression online, from private communication between consenting partners to sex education to adult entertainment if EARN IT passes.
