In my second Naked Yoga lesson, I move from Child's Pose into Mountain Pose, and let you know yoga is more than fancy poses, it's where your body stays tuned to move with ease in our everyday tasks, both large and small. Yes, yoga is an everyday sport, and I've been doing it for over 40 years. And it's fun to do naked, too! Join me!
