Wow you actually nailed most of the stuff!! I do think X is Zero although in roman numerals, X=10 so I'm not sure. Also, have we ever seen X (the white hair dude) have a trust value on his wrist? I can't remember if they ever showed that cuz if they didn't....then that could very well be Zero since he's immune to trust and fear

Here's where I *think* we are with the politics (essay incoming, sorry): - The Commission is looking for a way to suppress both Fear and Trust to avoid another incident like Zero. They were investigating the crashed alien ship after it was discovered that alien materials are immune to both Fear and Trust (side note: this is why Loli is able to go toe-to-toe with heroes like Nice or Ghostblade - her suit is made of alien metal that her dad was researching, so it's immune to their Trust-based powers). - Rock (the head of MG - guy with the grey beard) is trying to resurrect Zero, and was presumably trying to stop anyone from finding out about the alien material - hence why he had Ghostblade kill Sheng, in case Sheng knew about it from having been the one who initially investigated the alien ship. He sent Ghostblade to finish the job and kill Big and Little Johnny, but suspected that Ghostblade wouldn't go through with it, so also sent E-Soul to kill Ghostblade and the Johnnies. - Shand (the head of Treeman - guy with the goatee) is researching Fear for his own purposes, presumably so he can create villains for his heroes to fight, like we saw with Nice's nemesis in the first story arc. He sent Nice (the "real" Nice, not our boy from the first arc) and that clone goon to wipe out the investigation team to stop them from researching the alien material. Presumably he was planning to spin it that the clone guy(s) killed everyone, and Nice defeated them, but was too late to save everyone. - Micky (the head of DOS - guy with round glasses) is playing all of them against each other. He's also researching Fear, again presumably to create villains for his heroes to fight. He knew everyone would be fighting over the alien ship and so arranged for Queen and Cyan to be nearby, so they could bring everything under control and take the credit. He made a deal with Shand to pin the blame for the incident on Rock and MG. - Zac (the head of FOMO - young tan guy) we don't know what his goals are yet. Based on the end of episode 20 he seems to be aligned with Micky, but we don't know to what extent. Given that the heads of all the other hero agencies are scheming behind the scenes, I'm kinda assuming he is too, but we've not seen him do much yet. And after all that, we *still* don't know for sure who X really is or what his agenda is (though, like you, I also think he might be Zero). I'm probably missing some stuff too, this show's plot is a labyrinth and the timeline is hard to keep track of since it's being told non-linearly.
