Happy Sunday!
Here are some more photos from last month, where you can really see how long my hair has become this year (I'm planning to get a decent bit of it cut off once I feel safe doing so). I have one more set to post from this trip from the foggy trees. I was hoping to shoot some film shots of G during my trip, but, unfortunately, she was sick during my trip (not covid), so my film is currently sitting in my fridge for whenever it is that I can make a trip again.
Dan and I had a lighthearted debate about photoshop while we met up. He likes to experiment a lot with some effects, including color and skies. Now, normally, I always just let a photographer do whatever he wants to do with the photos, but since I know him a bit better and we've worked together so often, I was fairly stubborn about not wanting fake skies/backgrounds/colors (hence why we're often chasing fog or clouds). For me, there's something satisfying about finding that naturally out in nature. That being said, I can appreciate Dan's digital creativity, so I added one of color experiments at the end of this set so it won't go unseen.
I hope everyone is doing well this weekend :)
