2025-04-02 05:21:59 +0000 UTCLove the Shield Hero Op's MAKID does nothing but bangers. And the OST is peak, its done by an Australian Composer named Kevin Penkin who is way too good at making music. I've only seen the first season and really liked it but heard S2 was not great so never continued.

I heard Promised Neverland did the same for season 2 and now nobody wants to even acknowledge it even had a season 2 💀 As for Shield Hero, seems like they're getting a new season so they HAVE to make up for it this time

They skipped an entire arc, so it felt really jarring that there was a bunch of character development that just happened offscreen and was never explained. Then the first arc they did cover in S2 was... kinda boring. By the time they got to actually interesting content, I'd stopped caring and dropped it. Might give it another chance if you're picking it up, though.
