So after chaining Loki around hosue and outside for around 6 days…
Outside because he loves being outside.
I went to hang out with my friends one day all day…I kept thinking and worrying about Loki all day.
I realized…for safety reasons…people overprotect and restrict so much freedom.
All in the name of protection.
I fell into that thinking…protecting my dog.
But living a life CHAINED!! Loki doesnt likr to be inside our house. He grew up outside in nature.
The freedom to come and go.
So I unchained him. If he got shot by a farmer for hunting their baby sheep or goat…
At least he would have died happy - living the life of freedom and joy.
Who am I to restrict this?
Yes it is a risk…but a full life is a risk.
It’s life.
I will try to train him OUT of his bloodlust for livestock…slowly, consistently, patientily. Persistence.
Freedom is better with all the risks!!
