She actually confirmed to be at that same skill level as Ryougi Shiki in terms of Swordplay (minus all the supernatural stuff) It's a barrier Kiritsugu put up, it alerts them if someone with ill intent enters the area Issei is the president of the student council, that's why the Kuzuki told him

2024-11-05 08:29:04 +0000 UTCIn the Fate and UBW routes in the VN Sakura is clearly not thrilled with Saber and Rin hanging around Shirou. When he introduces Saber the first time she her reaction clearly indicates that she knows Saber is a servant, but Shirou doesn’t pick up on it and it’s only obvious in hindsight. But at the same time Sakura’s default mindset is that even though she’s in love with Shirou and styles her appearance and outward personality around what she thinks he’ll find attractive, she is of the belief that she is a disgusting almost inhuman monster who does not deserve to be with someone like Shirou, and that their time together will be short and soon come to an end. So in either route she plays dumb about the grail war or tries to hide her jealousy. And at some point she’ll get sidelined in the plot for the rest of the route. Ironically it’s only in HF when Shirou chooses her that Sakura starts to crack. Because she finally has something valuable in her life that she’s desperate not to lose.
