So just to connect some dots for you, near the end of your first session of Samurai Remnant the Master of Lancer said he was a survivor of Shimabara. The rebellion was 13 years ago so he would have been a kid during the rebellion and the massacre of the rebels right after. So Shiro did actually appear in Solomon in the FGO game, he just was not in the movie cause they excluded the event servants there. In the game version every group of servants from each singularity gets a moment plus the event servants which is where Shiro was since he was only in an event. The dominate religions in Japan are Shinto and Buddhism together since they dont really contradict each other. Christianity is the third most popular currently but had a very rocky history there with many period of it being outlawed or the people being persecuted. Yeah nobody knows if Shiro did those things, its a mater of faith. He is not an official Saint like Joan of Arc so the Church does not acknowledge that he did those things either. So for all intents and purposes his miracles are just myth. I would imagine the only group that firmly believes that he did are Japanese Christians. The only incorrect thing in the video is the grail in Apocrphya was not corrupted since Angry Mango was not summoned in the third war so Shio's plan would have worked, everyone would be immortal, and good and happy. His plan was "bad" to Seig and the others because it stripped people of progress and the future like Madara's plan in Naruto. Also side note for Shiro, his main/normal class lore wise is actually Caster not Ruler, which makes sense since his NP is literally I can do all the magecraft.

Shiro was summoned by Gilgamesh in Demonic front Babylona, but was killed by Quetzalcoatl or some monster in the jungle before Chaldea even Ray-shifted there. Unfortunately you would have to play the game as it was not even talked about much in the Anime.
