A couple bits of context. - Sakura’s skit Type Moon Serial TV Novel Sakura just has Sakura playing up her tragic aspects as the tragic heroine for melodrama. “oh woe is me, my life is so awful even though I have e cups” etc. she’s doing a bit - the afterschool alley alliance (or to melty fans, back alley alliance) will return - The yellow haired girl eating with Archer is Nanako, the spirit that lives in and powers the Seventh Holy Scripture, curry girl Ciel’s giant bow / sword / pile driver / a few other things. That skit with archer is just the two venting about their respective masters who both have difficult personalities. The skit ends presumably ends with Ciel and Rin entering the cafe as the next customers and blowing up Nanako and Archer after hearing them whine. - There’s lore with the magical girls. Kaleido Ruby debuts in a Hollow Ataxaria skit. She’s Rin’s magical girl persona wielding the kaleidostick wand given to her by Kischur Zelretch (the guy who made the jeweled sword of zelretch from HF aka John Kaleidoscope). Cut to Prisma Illya, who transforms into a magical girl using… the kaleidostick, which zelretch originally gave to Rin but which decided to link with Illya because of rin’s bad attitude.

Sakura is the only FSN heroine who gets any hate which is so wild to me. imo it’s from people hating on the darker aspects of her character, disliking Heaven’s feel because of the vibe shift from UBW, and because she cock blocks Rin and Saber.
