In episode 2 she saved the curry instead of volleyball. And this reference will come back again and again in this series. Ciel saving Shiki's life is a big spoiler, which ties heavily to the first chapter of Tsukihime. The scene about a famous book is likely to be the Guinness World Record since Arcueid decided to quit school just after one day. That piece of the envelope she was holding was the application to quit. The reason why it's pronounced in Japanese as Aru-Kueido is because in Japanese the 'r' sound is pronounced as 'ru' or 'lu', as they don't have the 'r' sound in the original language. The English way of pronouncing her name is 'Ar-Kueide' or just Arc for short. I don't know if you noticed, but all the 'previews' of Marble Phantasm so far have a scene attacking a mushroom monster, and it will continue to do so. The reason is that Nasu's full pen name is Nasu Kinoko, with 'Kinoko' literally meaning mushroom in Japanese. So.. that's the easter egg. Another small Easter egg amongst the many, during the last few seconds Arcueid was reading a magazine, which is likely to be a real gaming/anime magazine dated around 2011. The front page features Rin and the back features the Mahoyo trio with Alice on the top and Aoko on the side. The Mahoyo picture is a real promo artwork when it was first released.
