Gramps is not invincible. He can still be slain but this is VERY difficult under most situations. If he does have any weakness however, it's that he has taken such a liking to Fujimaru that he stepped down from his Grand Throne so they he even could be summoned by the Master of Chaldea to aid them. In doing this he heavily nerfed himself. And this is Canon as in the Lostbelt chapters it's revealed one of the Crypters summoned the "new" Grand Assassin, who honestly didn't truly qualify but that's because no other Heroic Spirit can other than Gramps and he relinquished that title to help Fujimaru

2024-09-01 16:23:55 +0000 UTCSo while not stated anywhere something you can infer once you know what Enkidu's NP is, is that another reason Gil probably hates Shirou and Emiya is that there Unlimited Blade Works is basically the wallmart version of Enkidu's Age of Babylon, so to Gil they are basically using an inferior copy of his best friends Noble Phantasm, the very same Nobel Phantasm that equally matched his own Gate of Babylon. At least thats what I think.

I wont explain unless you want me to since it spoils big parts of Witch on the Holy Night which I assume you dont want spoiled since you will be watching the movies when ufotable finally finishes them.
