Fate/Lord El Melloi Episode 13 (UNCUT REACTION)

This was the only anime I've reacted to here which genuinely made me tear up. I was fighting it so hard and tried my best to keep myself together. When I turned off the camera, I just sat there for a while thinking about what I just witnessed and then rewatched that scene alone which will go down as the MOST impactful scene I have ever seen in all of Fate so far.
I'm so glad I got to experience this show. I believe anyone who's into Fate should give it a try at some point with an open mind. Especially if your favorite character in F/Z were Waver + Rider like me, this show then becomes a must watch. This is also the first time where I reacted to a show here which did not have much action yet and even though I love my high action shounen anime, I still enjoy other genres. A lot of you may not know this but my favorite genre when it comes to watching real life shows or kdramas is crime/detective/mystery. So this was perfect for me!
After watching this show, I can truly say Waver Velvet holds the most special place in my heart when it comes to Fate. And as mentioned many times before, Waver + Iskandar still is and will always be my favorite Master/Servant duo. Every single character in this show was amazing. Melvin was the perfect character needed to lighten up the mood. Not to mention, Gray was my second favorite of course.
This is also my first time ever writing this much under an episode reaction post but maybe I'll start doing it more if you guys enjoy reading it. Or at least after every finale.
Lastly, we might be done with the the final case but we still have some more El Melloi left! Look forward to Episode 0 as well as the Special!

Yeah I can totally see why I would notice things in Strange Fake after watching El Melloi. Makes me even more excited for it to come out!!!

2024-08-06 08:15:22 +0000 UTCAnd thus we finally know why Waver was not in the 5th Holy Grail War. I love Case Files so much, Wavers arc from Zero to here is so good. It's very bittersweet how despite his own lack of talent in magic he can educate and help his students get to heights he can never reach. Waver is Festival rank the rank under Pride. I also love how Olga Marie's plot-line foreshadows the events of FGO so much, a world where the Holy Grail was what her father needed and where he did not abandon her. Although maybe being abandoned is a good thing considering how things end for her in first order. I really hope they animate the rest of Case Files one day, mainly so they can get to the Adventures of Lore El Melloi II, the sequel series set after Stay Night where Rin is finally a student of El Melloi and is a recurring character, also a certain Red haired Hero of justice has shown up in the novels recently I did really love reading your long thoughts after the fact and definitely think you should do that after finales, it puts a kind of ending to the whole experience.

Seeing someone share their feelings purely on the art like that is always amazing to witness, and I'm more than glad you loved El Melloi. If you have the free time, I recommend you to rewatch Strange Fake and you'll notice so many new things now. A side character and student of Waver is a main character in Strange Fake, after all. Also as others and I said many times before, Strange Fake may be the best fate anime if they'll do it right. Plus SF has lore that makes it a Nasuverse experts-only anime, and so you'll feel the vibe you had in El Melloi when it'll come out once again. I can't stop saying positive things about fate, so I'll just say thanks again before something else will come to my mind.
