Each Gilgamesh servant is a flavor of Gil at different stages in his life. Kid Gil, who only really shows up in prillya, is a relatively good kid (but he’s still gil at the end of the day) who hates Archer gil for being a tyrant and all-around PoS. We all know archer gil. And caster gil in Babylonia is Gil at his most mature and reasonable. A perfect benevolent dictator.
But all the Gil’s have a few things in common. One is their soft spot for kids. The other is the ability to see not only the future, but views into other realities to see what’s going on with the Gil’s over there. But Gil almost never uses this power. Because 1) knowing what will happen with perfect clarity would make everything boring and 2) even knowing his future sight has absolute accuracy, if Gil sees something that he cannot believe will actually happen, he will simply turn off his vision and refuse to acknowledge what he’s seen is real because he’s just that arrogant.
We may even see an example of that animated some day, and it will be extremely funny if we do.

Just to repeat what Merlin said. The living Enkidu died before Gilgamesh went on his journey for immortality and returned the wise king.
