2024-07-08 21:44:34 +0000 UTCAs a recap and mostly original episode that actually gives some information you won't understand until way later, this is pretty cool. As an anime only who expected the great exposition of Fate Zero and quick paced story of Apocrypha, I understand why you would not love this episode. I guess my defense would be that this is still meant to be fanservice to FGO players who know about the ton of skipped content, and also just advertisement like "if you don't understand scene A, go play the game and get to scene B where they explain."
