Secondly, I'd love to know what your guys' thoughts are on BLUE LOCK! I've never done a reaction to a sports anime before but Football (or soccer) has always been the only sport I've been into.

Haikyuu made me start playing Volleyball and I got into a very high level very fast just from everything I learned visually from Haikyuu. And Haikyuu was hype in a very different way especially because of the fact that plot armor isn't a very big factor in this Anime, making it very difficult to know the results of the matches. I always like to use the South-American dad watching a football match as a way to describe the feelings you can get from the matches that Haikyuu produces.

2024-07-07 00:23:20 +0000 UTCBluelock is deff a series you'd at least need to try a few eps and see if it's your thing. I've read the manga as it was first airing and I personally loved Bluelock. I don't know too much about other sports animes but I've heard Haikyyu (volleyball anime) is really good. I've also watched Aoi Ashi which is a Football anime too but not on the level of Bluelock. (cause it's too "power of friendship" compared to Bluelock's CoD lobby $hit talking every match lol)

Now, I think bluelock is something you will like, but I will probably never vote for it if it was agianst any other shonen I've read. Though that is just me trying to make my perfect world's ideas come true. No hate to Bluelock, I think it's very good, just the anime wasn't for me.
