These days he's just a guy running a bar, until he happens to catch glimpse of an old 'friend.'
This prompts him and his squadmates to do some... ill-advised things. It does not end well for them.
I can also sprinkle some loose story threads here and there, I guess.

I just finished catching up again. I love Kaede... she named herself after her favourite food hahaha. Hopefully 1 day she hears of a saying that goes "you are what you eat" and picks it up, then she can use it for amusement til it becomes a tired joke. XD
