Added 2024-07-01 21:03:50 +0000 UTCNewest update is the concrete the plumbers poured grew too high and now we have to grind it down so our new flooring will sit level and not bulge. We also realized that because we scraped off the popcorn ceiling we are going to have to sand it down before we fix the imperfections with filling in holes and then sanding it again to make sure when we paint it it wont look lumpy. all of this is just delaying when it will finish.
Not gonna lie. I'm worried.
Tonight my husband is renting a sander to do the ceiling tonight at least the first sanding and he plans to sand down the mud by hand once it dries. Not sure when we are doing the floor yet.
