Hahaha I should've warned you it was weird, the creator of this movie is known for his bizarre work. Mark Ruffalo was actually hesitant to this movie because he doesn't like doing sex scene and believed he was too old for this role. So this movie sort of parodies the trope of Born Sexy Yesterday. Its basically a trope of the naive woman, the one in a fully grown body but having child like nature to her and a man finding that naivety appealing.
