Added 2024-06-23 00:32:36 +0000 UTCSo here is our basement before the renovation. My husband had already removed my black sheet and lights before i could get a picture of my setup. We already moved my books and bookcase into another room as well as a giant square shaped coffee table. We bought a new bookcase, which might be in my new background in my future reactions. Please forgive the carpet as we have 2 kids and a dog and cat and stains happened, lol.
Tomorrow the tv and my desk will move to my husbands office temporarily. The tv stand will be going in the trash as we are buying a new one. The couch will be pushed to where the tv is. We will be working around it. We plan to buy a slipcover for the couch to match the new color until we can afford a new couch. And the carpet will be pulled up and trashed.
After the sewer is fixed, we will be scraping the wall by the stairs and the ceiling to get rid of the bumpy texture best we can. Then, we will be priming the wall and then painting the ceiling and walls. Then my husband and his brother will lay down the new vinyl flooring
