2023-07-06 02:49:13 +0000 UTCThe reason it feels like it skipped over a bunch of stuff is because this episode is technically a flashback. After Mariana puts down Callie's letter in the beginning of the episode she picks up the ornament Callie had given her that previous Christmas and "remembers" when she got it. So, this episode doesn't take place in the present day - I think it's a couple months before or something. Hope that helps :)
