I was a dietary aide and delivered to a psychiatric unit, we had to go through two sets of doors, we scanned our card the door would open then we waited for those to lock then we proceeded through the second set of doors. We use to take the elevator to that floor but the patients were escaping so they changed it. Some times patients got loose in the hospital, and they would have security looking for them. When the little girls dad broke out it reminded me of that. I commend the people working that unit, it definitely isn't easy.
