Vigilante is still out there, they weren't captured in a previous episode. They escaped. I had your exact thoughts about the DA. Though my original suspect was Felicity's boyfriend until he died. I liked Dinah straight away too, the 'destiny' links to Laurel with the name and the cry were nice touches. It's interesting what's going on with Felicity. She was also very quick to avoid Oliver's question about how she got the information needed to free Dig. Great reaction. Thanks!
