 Madam Medu took a step and 'looked' at the building. She bought the building after threatening every rich person in this city. Yet the building she bought was already going to be destroyed. 

Even though her vision was blocked by a blindfold, she had strong senses as she was a DemiGod. She clicked her tongue. 

"Athena, leave the building. I have to strengthen it before it collapses."

"Yes, Madam."

Athena quickly jumped down and distanced away from the building. 

Medu nodded and pulled down her blindfold. Her eyes started glowing as they stared at the building. 

Suddenly, the building slowly became a huge statue of stone. It looked tough, standing erect. 

After becoming a DemiGod, Medu could petrify non-living objects as well. Because her eyes were so powerful, she had to close them and cover them with a blindfold. 

When she confirmed that the building was all right, she returned her blindfold and turned around. She 'looked' at Athena and Shoujo. 

"I'm in a bad mood. So tell me the reason why I can't kill you."

"I believe you should discipline your servant. She is the reason why your building became like that in the first place."

Shoujo glared at Athena and the maid just stood there. 

"Oh, feisty. I like that. Hm, from the looks of it, you guys know each other. I believe I remember you. You were at the party last year. You have a partner at that time. Even if you wear a mask, it doesn't matter to me, I can't see anyway. However, I can remember your smell, voice, and movement."

She smirked. The distance between her and Shoujo was only 1 meter away. With her physical strength alone, she could overpower Shoujo without a problem. 

"So tell me, why should I leave you alive?" 

"..."

Shoujo experienced many dangers in her life. Yet, this might be her most dangerous experience. 

"I'm Shoujo Ramune, I'm a spy from Dellia. President Esmeralda gave me a mission to convince you to ally with us. My partner is currently looking for Ivy Naomi to convince her as well."

"I see... Wait a minute, did you say you're name is Shoujo Ramune? Aren't you an actress?"

"That's my cover."

"Damn, that's crazy."

She giggled and glanced at Athena. It seemed that the maid wanted to speak but she held back. 

'I have a strong sense that this actress knows Athena's secret. Perhaps I have a chance to find the answer from her.'

She deduced and decided to spare Shoujo Ramune. Besides, she was interested in Dellia and Junian. 

"Follow me. You better be sure that your offer will make me happy. Furthermore, you have to understand that it needs at least two approvals for the Triad to join the war. If your partner fails to accomplish his mission, then you will die."

"I understand. I believe my partner can accomplish it."

"You seem confident in him."

"That's right."

Shoujo agreed. She knew Calix's power. 

Hearing Shoujo's response, Athena had an idea who her partner was. 

Suddenly, she recalled that certain man... She didn't know why but her body became hot. 

"Let's go and talk inside my building--"

Medu stopped at her feet when she remembered that the building was damaged. 

She sighed and ordered Athena. 

"Athena, find a person who has Term Attribute that can fix this building."

"Yes, Madam."

She bowed her head. Before leaving, she gave Shoujo a cold look. 

Shoujo sneered. As for the outcome of this mission, she hoped that Calix could accomplish it fast so that she didn't have to suffer more. After all, she knew her limitations. 

She couldn't defeat a DemiGod like Madam Medu. Even fighting Athena who was 3rd Advanced would be hard for her. 

Of course she didn't forget to blame Calix. 

'It's all because of that Slap-soil!'

In the other part of the Western Continent, Calix was silently following the tribesmen who were carrying the huge sandworm. 

'No matter how many times I see it, the way they walk is very unique. The creatures under the sand can't sense them.'

The tribesmen used their toes to walk and it weakly disturbed the sand, very weak that they could walk in the desert with no problem. 

As for Calix, he could not force his feet to walk faster because the creatures would surely sense. 

'Thankfully, they are carrying a big creature so they can't travel that fast.'

A few minutes later, Kazir narrowed his eyes. He saw an oasis and next to it was a primitive village. 

The houses were made of bones and skins from monsters. 

However, that was not the thing that caught his attention. 

'Is it me or the houses are burning?'

He asked himself. 

Suddenly, the tribesmen who were carrying the sandworm saw their village getting pillaged!

They roared and lost their calm. They started running to the village! 

"... I guess I'm right."

Calix muttered. His plan was to find the Floating Castle, yet here he was, watching a battle. 

"Wait, the Triad is the leader of the biggest criminal organization in the Western Continent. Perhaps those pillagers know about the Floating Castle."

Even a small clue must not let go of. Calix decided to assist the tribesmen, perhaps they were kind enough to help him. 

'I just have to make sure that at least one of the pillagers is alive to interrogate him.'

Mento transformed into a sniper rifle. In this distance, he was confident in killing a few criminals. 

However, he decided to destroy their limbs but leave them alive. He needed to ask them a few questions, after all.
