"You..."

Shoujo Ramune had a complicated gaze as she looked at the man wrapped in a battlesuit. 

She was mad, hopeful, and delighted that Calix Romoel showed up. 

The man might be hateful sometimes, but right now, Shoujo was happy to see Calix. Her emotions burst out and tears flow like a dam. She didn't know why, but she was crying so much. 

She usually had strong control over her emotions but she failed to do so right now. 

"Hick... You bastard... Sniff... Why did you come now?"

Her vision blurred as she stared at him. 

"Isn't it obvious, I'm here to save you." Calix's pistol transformed into a Gatling gun. 

"Don't say it like that... Or else I might..."

Shoujo wiped the tears from her eyes. She weaker stood up. 

"Just stay still, you are weak right now."

"I can't. I have to help you. I know that you are strong but you can't defeat three 3rd Advanced Vindicators. We will fight them and find a way to escape."

Shoujo never had any idea about Calix's Term Attribute. She even thought that Calix was a normal soldier. 

As the stronger one, Shoujo felt like it was her duty to make sure that all of them survived. 

"Papa! I'm happy to see you! Even Mama Shoujo misses you! Don't you know that Mama Shoujo always calls your name these days--"

"Ahem! Mera, I think you need to be quiet. Three bad guys will hurt us. We have to focus to survive."

"Okay!"

The cat easily nodded. 

"I see, so you actually miss me."

Calix smirked. He heard Mera's rumbling and he decided to make fun of Shoujo. 

The woman's face blushed in embarrassment and strongly shook her head. 

"N- No! Of course not! Who said that I miss you!? You slap-soil!"

She growled but Calix just chuckle... 

"I don't know what's happening and I don't know who you are! But we are the Vindicators of Junian! We have a duty to capture that Furry and take her to prison!"

Methecula didn't like that the two were flirting. Furthermore, he didn't like that his tornado was destroyed by a single bullet. 

"Furry? You bastard did you just call me a Furry!? I knew it, you racist motherfucker! Hah! I should have recorded it and posted it on Twitter! You should be canceled!"

Shoujo didn't like it when someone call her with that derogatory term. 

"That's right. No one is allowed to call her Furry except me." Calix added. 

"What? W- Well, you can call me Furry but only when we are alone. You can't call me that in public."

Shoujo blushed and averted her gaze. Perhaps she was affected by Calix's appearance. She thought she was going to die but Calix saved her. It was impossible to maintain her feelings because of that. 

She didn't like to show any weakness but she felt okay when Calix saved her. As if it was natural for her man to save her. 

"Tch, I don't like the lovey-dovey atmosphere in this place. As expected, I have to kill this bastard. Hey you! State your name! Where did you come from!?"

Methecula was bitter. 

"I'm Chad Ligma from Dellia."

"Chad Ligma? I think I heard this name before?"

While Methecula was thinking, Shoujo Ramune was confused about why Calix introduced himself that way. 

'I don't why he is doing this but it's a good thing I never said his name.'

"Anyway, Chad Ligma, you have to die right now. You're from Dellia and you infiltrated our country, we can't let you escape. We have to crack open your helmet and interrogate you." He grinned like a madman. 

"Try me then."

The two sides started the battle and the outcome was shocking. 

Even though Calix didn't show any power, his movement was precise and he easily dodged their attacks. On top of that, his Gatling gun injured them slowly until they were incapable to move. 

When the battle was over, the whole place was ravaged. Almost as if a typhoon struck them. 

Only Methecula survived with a bleeding arm. His two companions died at the hands of Chad Ligma. To make it worst, they never touched Chad Ligma. He was unscathed. 

"T- This!"

Methecula could not accept it. With a contorted face, he started running away. 

"I'm Methecula Rosanic! This is not over! I will kill you later so be grateful that I have given you another chance to live!"

"Bitch, you are the one running away."

Methecula flew into the sky to escape the place. 

"Did he say Methecula Rosanic? Sounds familiar. Anyway, let's shoot him in the sky."

Mento transformed into a sniper rifle. He set up the rifle and calmly pointed at Methecula who was getting further. 

Bang--! 

With a pull of the trigger, a gunshot reverberated. Calix successfully shot Methecula, however...

"I only destroyed his arm. Well, it's fatal and he lost a great amount of blood. If he survived that, he had to find a healer to regenerate his arm."

Calix didn't bother checking if Methecula was dead. His priority was to save Shoujo Ramune. 

"Papa!"

"Mera, I'm happy to see you."

Calix rubbed the kitten's head and the kitten furred. 

"Hey, slap-soil... Thanks for saving me."

Even if Shoujo tried to hide it, she was happy that Calix saved her. She knew deep in her heart that she completely fell in him. The fact that her heart was throbbing excitedly was proof.

She won't protest if Calix pinned her down and take advantage of her. 

"You can hug me if you want."

"... Fine."

With a blushing face, Shoujo 'reluctantly' hugged him. She snuggled against his chest and started crying.

She was running away for days and she thought she was going to die. She released all of her emotions to Calix and cried so loud. 

"It's alright, I'm here."

Calix rubbed her back to make her feel better. 

'Strange, I think my feelings are...'

Calix realized that he changed.
