The Demon King dashed forward. She wanted to know her physical capabilities. 

Just as she expected, her body was still weak. Even though she could dash fast, she knew that she could do it faster. This was the best she could do as of now. 

Because her speed was not at the top, Calix sensed her presence and immediately made an appropriate action. 

He jumped back and transformed his assault rifle into a rocket launcher. The rocket exploded in front of the Demon King. 

Because of the explosion, Calix put more distance away from the dangerous woman. 

'She is definitely not that simple. However, I can't defeat her. If there's someone I can handle... It's definitely that hoodie person.'

Calix glanced at the person standing at the altar. This person was responsible for the death of sacrifices. 

'He knows something. Maybe I can force her to talk about Oni Chichi.'

He guessed that the person on the altar was very important. Perhaps he might be the infamous Archbishop. 

"Get him! Don't let him have his way!"

"Kill this bastard for the glory of ending the world!"

The followers disturbed Calix's thoughts. 

"Tch, these crazy people. What the fuck are they even talking about? For the glory of the ending of the world? Are you guys depressed or something?"

His weapon changed into a gatling gun. He carried it with his two hands and began firing barrages of bullets into the enemies. 

"Guah--!"

"Arrgh--!"

"I don't have any time to spend with you! Get out of my way!"

Calix started running to the altar. His target was the person on the altar.  

"Don't let him run!"

"Tch!"

Using his battlesuit, Calix's sped up and reached the altar very fast. 

However, another black aura blade blocked his path. 

Calix jumped up high to pass aura. His movement was swift but simple. 

"Human, you caught my interest."

Suddenly, the Demon King showed up in front of Calix. She swung her sword at close range. 

"Shit--!"

Calix duck and fortunately dodge the blade. His helmet cracked by the pressure but Calix was left unscathed. 

"I'm sorry woman who has horns, but you are too strong for me... Why don't you go and talk to worms for a few minutes?"

"Hm?"

The Demon King was confused at first, but Calix pointed his bazooka down the ground and created a hole. He used a huge amount of energy just to generate this explosion. 

The hole was deep, around ten meters deep. 

"You..."

Instead of being mad, the Demon King's eyes were twinkling. But that didn't stop her from falling. 

The Demon King fell into the hole while Calix charged forward. His mission was to save Oni Chichi and that would never change. He didn't care about the revival of some shit. 

"Mysterious person, can you please tell me where I can find Oni Chichi?"

Calix landed in front of the Archbishop. His helmet was already broken and his face was clear to see. 

Just as the Archbishop expected, the man before her was Lucky T. Tiko. And he was looking for her. 

"... Lucky."

She blushed and unknowingly muttered. 

"Huh? What do you mean...? Are you... Are you Oni Chichi!?"

Calix frowned. He grabbed the woman's shoulder with tension. 

"Kyak--!

She instinctively yelped. 

"Let go of the Archbishop you filthy bastard!"

The followers became mad as they saw their leader getting harassed by Calix. 

However, Calix didn't listen to anything that they said. Instead, his eyes never left the woman. 

He pulled out her hoodie and saw her appearance. 

The woman had dark skin and her ears were long. On top of that, the aura she exuded was majestic and cold... She was a Dark Elf. Possibly a High Dark Elf. 

"Oni Chichi..."

Despite changing her appearance Calix recognized the woman. His hands subconsciously gripped her shoulders hard. 

"Kuc--! Lucky, you are hurting me." 

This situation should be impossible. The Archbishop was a powerful Demi-God and she could kill Calix easily. However her feelings and mind were tainted by love. She could not afford to hurt Lucky T. Tiko. 

"No... You are not Oni Chichi."

"Huh?"

Calix realized a very important thing. Esmeralda Margaret said that he was the only one who could find her long-lost daughter. He felt like every piece was showing up to fix the puzzle. 

This situation was absurd but Calix could not deny it. The woman she was trying to save. She was the woman that he was looking for for almost a year. 

"You are Toshi Densetsu--"

Before he could finish his sentence, the Archbishop glared at him and immediately summoned her undead. 

A huge creature made of bones rose up from the ground. 

Calix didn't have a chance to speak because the undead monster tried to kill him. 

"You... How did you know that name?"

Oni Chichi, no, Toshi Densetsu lost all of the love in her eyes. She stared at Calix with a cold gaze.

Tears rolled down her cheeks. 

Betrayed, she felt betrayed. Her anger resurfaced as she screamed. 

"I'M ASKING YOU! SO ANSWER ME!"

The bone creature smashed Calix and the dust flew around. The bone creature was from a strong warrior who died in the battle in the Forest of Death. Now, Toshi Densetsu was trying to use him. 

"I don't know a damn thing about this incident or you... But I know that your mother is looking for you! Toshi! Your Mom misses you!"

"SHUT UP! LUCKY! YOU BETRAYED ME SO MANY TIMES! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH THAT I WANT TO DIE! I LOVE YOU!!!... YET YOU DID THIS TO ME! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU---!!!!"

Like a broken record, Toshi Densetsu lost her composure. She screamed hysterically and more undead rose from the ground. The power of the Demi-God who could bring back the dead showed her real ability. 

"I don't know the reason, but I will take you back."

What a surprise. He just wanted to find Oni Chichi and save her. Yet he didn't expect that he would find Toshi Densetsu instead. 

To make the matter more surprising, Oni Chichi and Toshi Densetsu were one person. 

"SHUT UP! DIE! DIE! I WILL KILL AND MAKE YOU MINE!"
