"I will make my movies and let the film companies distribute them. Of course, I will fight for better conditions."

"Am I hearing it right? Kazir, are you going to make your own distribution channels?"

"No... I have witnessed how the Big Six destroyed their competitors. The Big Six are eyeing DreamWorks right now because they didn't want it to be successful. I don't want to be like the DreamWorks( and Lionsgate)."

Kazir understood that no one could defeat the Big Six. It was proven for three decades. Even a person from the future could not control Hollywood alone. That would never work. 

Big Six would never be Big Seven. It would only be Big Five. Meaning, one company absorbed the other. 

"... What is your plan?"

"My plan? Hehe. I will make good movies. Once ready, the Big Six will kneel just to acquire 1/3 of my company."

Kazir grinned. 

This was the best example of this situation. 

The Marvel Entertainment.  

The success of The Avengers made Disney buy Marvel Entertainment for 4 billion. 

'Now, my studio doesn't have comics. But it will be the first successful Cinematic Universe of this timeline. I will make sure that I will get billions from them.'

For that to happen... Kazir had to prevent the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe or make it his own. 

'Next month, Marvel will announce its bankruptcy. Let's ransack all of their heroes then.'

He grinned like a devil. 

Since he already decided on this path, he had to be heartless. 

'I have to apologize to the fans of Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is what it is. Maybe they will hate me once they know what I'm going to do.'

But he had to do it. He was going to acquire his future competition. After all, Marvel Cinematic Universe was the most successful Cinematic Universe of the 21st Century. Not even DCEU could defeat it. 

So it was a good choice for Kazir to buy and acquire their superhero characters. 

"Let's go Salvatore, we have a lot of things to do from now on."

"... Sigh. I wonder what you're thinking. I know that setting up a distribution channel cost a lot of money and it's hard to accomplish it, but why are you so negative about it? If you look at it from a different angle, having a distribution channel is the best way to secure money."

"My answer to that is simple... I never wanted to be the King of Hollywood. It's not fun. I want the big six to keep their standing equal. I want to be a director, not a chairman or president. My passion is on making movies, not controlling a company."

"So you think that selling a portion of your company is the best decision?"

"... Let's just say that I want to see the big six fighting over my company."

"That's fucked up... But I want to see it too."

Both of them laughed. 

The Big Six had a strong authority in Hollywood. But it doesn't mean that other production companies could not make great movies and profit from them. 

In Kazir's opinion, money was nothing a status. Now that he became a millionaire, he didn't want it to be his whole personality. He didn't want his life to revolve around money. 

Since young, Kazir was captivated by movies. He wanted to be a director and there was no in-between. 

'If this whole plan didn't work, I'm going to be fine as long as I can make movies.'

He faced much misfortune, so facing another one was not going to make him falter. Instead, his blood was boiling to prove himself to the Big Six.

"So Mister Grey, you're asking for a loan?"

The bank manager, Maria Ozzawu, faced Kazir while reading his loan proposal. Loaning money was not that simple, after all. 

"That's right." Kazir nodded. 

"It said here that you want to loan $50 million and pay it within 3 years, is that right?"

From a millionaire's standpoint, getting a loan was good because it was a method of legal tax avoidance. 

Kazir's credit score was good. On top of that, he was a director who generate hundreds of millions at the box office. Loaning $50 million was not a problem.

"What are you going to do with the money?"

"I'm going to invest in my own movie and the remaining will be used to buy copyrights."

Maria Ozzawu nodded. The response was within expectations. 

"Phew... I thought they will interview me."

Kazir sighed a relief after his loan received approval. To be honest, he only knew relevant information about compound interest. But he didn't know how it usually works. He was not the type who loans from the bank. 

Kazir had a good financial sense so he never got to the point of bankruptcy. Especially when he received a portion of videotapes profit quarterly. 

"Salvatore, yes it's me."

Kazir opened his phone and called Salvatore Barlowe. 

"That's right, I got it. Tell Rafael that I want to acquire the copyrights of superheroes from Marvel. Yes, I have a list here. I will give it to him later."

Marvel was facing bankruptcy and it was the best time to squeeze them dry. 

'I heard that they already sold Black Window, Blade, and Captain America. I can find a way to acquire them, but first, let's get what we can get '

[Author's note: My decision is still firm, I really do not want Kazir to be a businessman. Once that happened, his attention will be divided even if he hired a professional manager to manage his company. So I have to choose between being a Director or a Businessman, I decided that Kazir still have to be a Director. However, he will never sell the movie copyrights of Hitmab+Spy Cinematic Universe.]
