Hollywood What If Chapter 60

Kazir Grey signed a contract with Warner Bros that the movie would be released in the summer.

Because of this, Kazir formulated a plan... To make sure that the shooting would end in April or early May.

After the trouble with the Children's Association, Kazir and his crew started to take their pace. The atmosphere in the crew became better and the mood of the actors was great.

Some of the actors made mistakes but not enough to cause big trouble. After all, even talented actors had NGs when shooting movies.

'If there's something that caught me off guard, it's the acting of these certain actors...'

Whenever these actors were in front of the cameras, they easily adjusted their emotions and expression.

'I'm not asking for explosive acting but they really gave me one.'

Kazir understood that the acting level of The Hangover was much higher than Napoleon Dynamite. In fact, that was the reason why he wanted to shoot four shots of each scene to make sure that he could choose the best shot.

Kazir already expected that Reese Witherspoon would improve after guiding her with her acting.

Because of their relationship, Kazir made sure that Reese Witherspoon would be a great actress. Unlike other actresses, Reese Witherspoon had a strong sweet charm. So Kazir wanted her to use this advantage.

'She improve really well, I'm impressed.'

Reese's scenes in the movie were not a lot, but she clearly took the attention of the camera.

'Once The Hangover is done, I'll try to help her acquire roles that fit her. If it's not possible, then I will make a role that would fit her.'

Kazir had a lot of ideas for the future... He basically knew most of the romantic comedies that would hit the blockbuster.

'The other actors are Jack Black and Pedro Pascal.'

After his role as Pedro Sanchez in Napoleon Dynamite, Pedro Pascal decided to keep the mustache. Kazir approved of his decision because Pedro Pascal with a mustache was iconic.

Pedro Pascal's role in the movie was Doug. He was the groom who went missing after the night of taking drugs. To be honest, his scenes mostly focused on the first and half parts of the movie.

'Still, his acting is impeccable. I can't ask for more because he doesn't have any NGs. Although I do reshoot the scenes hoping to see more impressive acting from him.'

As for Jack Black, he was a funny guy. Simple as that, he knew how to make people laugh.

For a comedy actor, that was the best and strongest talent to have.

'Perhaps this is the reason why Jack Black is one of the most famous comedian actors of all time. Hands down, he knows how to make people laugh.'

Kazir didn't regret his choice.

"That guy... Jack Black. I think he's not bad."

Producer Enrico Pusi whispered next to him and Kazir agreed.

"Indeed. If you have a role that fits him, please send him an invitation. I believe that he can make the role better."

"Do you think so?"

"I strongly believe so."

It was already the first week of April and the shooting was 1/3 done. It was still within their calculations so there was no problem.

In fact, shooting a movie was usually always behind schedule. Only a few projects could be finished within the right schedule. There were many consequences in filming and it caused the shooting to be late.

Thankfully, Kazir knew how to handle these problems. He never showed any nervousness or irritation. He kept his calm appearance as much as possible which caused the crew to feel at ease.

Last week, one of the crew members fell to the ladder and people became nervous. Kazir immediately ordered to call an ambulance.

Kazir contacted Producer Enrico Pusi to settle the account. Thankfully, the man was not injured badly. Of course, it was still Enrico Pusi's responsibility to pay him all of his hospital expenses.

The incident quickly and everyone returned their focus on their jobs. Kazir made sure to remind everyone to focus and take everything seriously.

So far, everything was doing well.

After his success with Se7en and Napoleon Dynamite, the crew members never stood against him. Everyone respected his decision.

"What do you think of this angle?"

Renner approached him and showed the camera vision. He was the Cinematographer of the crew. He was responsible for the cameras and lighting. Perhaps his position was only second to the director and producer.

"Let's try it with this angle first. If it didn't work, we will find another angle or we will destroy the wall."

"I understand."

"Okay, let's start the shooting!"

.........

......

...

"And Cut! Okay guys, I announced that the filming of The Hangover is finished!"

"Woohoo!"

The crew members around him excitedly yelled in happiness. Even the actors sighed and smiled after knowing that the shooting ended. It was a tiring three months for them. The project was fun overall but it still took a toll on them.

"We have three days to relax. You can go to the casino and have some fun. But don't overspend."

"Haha."

The second week of May arrived and the shooting of the movie officially end. Their shooting started in the last week of February and ended in May.

To be honest, their filming was fast compared to other projects. It was all because of Kazir's planned proof shooting.

He already knew everything that he wanted to shoot so he was not taking a step blindly.

The actors thanked him one by one. They had a good time cooperating with Kazir. If the movie went well, they wanted to cooperate with him again.

"It's alright, I believe in you guys."

Kazir thanked everyone and promised that they would have a parting celebration in Los Angeles.

So for now, they could rest and have some fun in Las Vegas.

"Kazir, how about we go to MGM Grand? I heard they have a nice casino there."

The actors tried to invite him but Kazir shook his head.

"I'm sorry but I have to review the shots later."

As always, he preferred movies more than anything. Even Reese Witherspoon who was next to him just shrugged. She already expected his reaction.

[Is it short that I only covered the shooting of The Hangover for three chapters? Comment down your opinion. Should I expand the shooting chapters next movie?]

Comments

I've think for the bigger stuff like the franchise's might warrent more detail or if there is a small action film say like 'Raid' or John Wick, you can get into more detail and behind the scenes stuff

Three chapters feels enough, it’s the results I’m curious about.
