RDD 59




Our lunch/dinner was hearty and everyone had a full stomach after. Penelope's siblings started waking up and greeted us. Some of them asked about what happened last time but Penelope just smiled with her swollen face. 


When we returned to our room, Sophia kept hugging her mother. She didn't want to let her go, like a koala stuck on a tree. 


"Aww, my daughter really loves me."


"Yes! I wuv you!"


She said and rubbed her face in her mother's breast. The pair of a mother and daughter were cuddling. 


... As for me, I watched them with satisfaction. To be honest, I want to hug my wife too. I want to rub my face against her breasts but I'm a mature gut. I will never fight for my wife's attention. 


Well, we had tons of kisses earlier so I'm all good. 


"Mommy? What hapwened to youw neck?" It looked a bwuise?" Sophia adorably asked without knowing that it was actually a hickey.

Penelope almost jumped when she touched her neck. Then, she recalled this part of her neck was sucked by me. 


Penelope glared at me with hateful eyes. 


I averted my gaze. I could not help! The situation earlier was too erratic, so I subconsciously kissed her neck so hard. 


Besides, she bit my lips as well! It's unfair that she could bite me whenever she wanted but I could not. Where's the equality then? 


So all I have to do is take the blame? Hah! Not a fat chance.


"Sweetheart, a big mosquito sucked your Mommy's blood."


Penelope explained while staring at me with her cold gaze. 


"That's right! I sucked-- I mean, the mosquito sucked it so you don't have to worry Sophia. It's just a mosquito bite." I added my explanation. Oops, I almost slipped there. 


"Does it huwt Mommy?"


"No baby, of course your Mommy is strong."


Just like that, the incident slowly passed by. 


While waiting for the night, I decided to complete my daily mission of exercise.

What is this? Some kind of voodoo thing? 


Out of curiosity, I clicked the item and read the description.

You got to be kidding. Almost of my points will be gone if I buy this shit! 


However, I scrutinized the description of the item and realized that it was actually amazing. 


This insignia could last a year and it could protect the chickens and ducks from any disease! That's an overkill! And it only costs 8 points. 


I could earn 8 points in just a few days. I think this item would be beneficial for my in-laws. 


I nodded and decided to buy the item. When I clicked the buy button, the Insignia of Poultry went to my Inventory. 


I would open it tomorrow and use it on the poultry farm. 


"Honey, the kids are already asleep."


Penelope said to me. It was already evening and the kids slept early because they stayed up late last night. 


"Hm. Let's sleep as well."


I lay down next to my wife. She snuggled closer and used my shoulder as a pillow. 


"I love you."


"I love you too."


I kissed her forehead and put my arm around her. 


Then, we closed our eyes and fell asleep.

The next day arrived just like that and I went to the chicken farm early in the morning. 


This item was beneficial for the farm. I would never hesitate to use this item for the prosperity of my in-laws. They were good people and they never show any hostility against me and my family. In fact, they love us very much... Well, excluded Señorita of course. That bitch is awful. 


It's a mystery how Alberto and Corazon produced bitch like her. It seemed that there was always a black sheep in the family. 


Even I was a black sheep. 


I just hope that my two kids would never become Black Sheep.


However, I completely forgot a loophole... There might be a chance that one of my upcoming kids would be the black sheep. But that problem would show later, once Penelope and I were already old. So far, we are enjoying our stay in the province. 


"This will be our last day here in the province."


Unfortunately, because we were busy, we didn't have the time to take the kids to the sea. Maybe we will find another time. 


"It's a good thing that they forgot about the sea. Or else Sophia would start sulking because she didn't go to the sea."


Just like that, our last day in the province came to an end. We packed our belongings. We gave our remaining chocolates to Penelope's siblings. 


"Let me take you to the bus terminal." Simeon woke up early to send us. 


"Thanks, brother." 


"Thanks, Uncle! You'we so cool!"


Simeon chuckled and helped us with our belongings. Because we already gave all of the souvenirs, our luggage this time was more light. 


The ride was fast and we easily reached the terminal. Now, the usual thing in the terminal was that we would wait for a few hours before leaving.


Thankfully, because there were people who would return to Manila just like us, the start of the bus was quicker. Sophia and Roman thought that they forget something important and Sophia and I never reminded them about it. We kept our mouths shut. 


When we returned to Manila, Sophia only remembered the sea. She started crying, telling that she wanted to return to the province and go to the sea...
