The atmosphere was cold even though the women were having a nice dinner. It was already night outside but the light inside the room was strongly illuminating them. 

The women were using their utensils, slicing the food in front of them. Yet no one could taste the dishes, everyone was thinking of something. 

"I want Calix to abort the mission. I don't know what the mission is exactly, but I don't want Calix to go to another country. You can use another person to do this job but I don't want Calix to partake."

Scarlett's crimson eyes were glowing. She never touch the food, she was staring at the President.

"I don't approve."

Esmeralda shook her head. Calix was the only one who could do it. He would find Toshi Densetsu.

Scarlett narrowed her eyes. Not only her, but all of them glared at Esmeralda. It seemed that all of them wanted Calix to stay in Dellia instead of working outside of the country. 

"I see. So the reason you called me here is to convince me to return Calix. Sorry, he has to finish his job first."

"We are not here to convince you."

Kimberly spoke this time. She pulled a tiny bit of paper and they enlarged and became a stack of documents.

The documents landed in front of Esmeralda. She glanced at it and read a few keywords.

"Fufu."

She started giggling as she realized their intention. 

"We are not here to convince you, we are here to order you to return Calix back to Dellia."

Kimberly was looking like a dominating CEO this time. Working in a company changed her. Showing weakness was the last thing to do, she had to show that she was the boss here. 

Esmeralda could not help but giggle as she watched their expressions. All of the women were staring at Esmeralda seriously. They were not joking. 

"So you're threatening me."

What was written on the documents was simple-- it showed the proof that Esmeralda was not a human. She was a Dark Elf. 

When Kimberly and Marianne met Principal Rinaha Beth last time, the Principal said that Esmeralda Margaret was not a human. 

Since then, Kimberly started working and gathering information about the President. Some of them were false but Kimberly could deduce the real and fake. Then, she reached the point and realized that Esmeralda Margaret was a Dark Elf, and based on her ability, she was a High Dark Elf. 

It may sound simple, but the consequences once this was revealed were troublesome. 

In this current era, there was no such thing as a pure-blooded Demihuman. Everyone was tainted by mortals and the strong species of Demihumans were long gone. Hundreds of years ago. 

Esmeralda was the proof that this was nothing but bullcrap, there were still Demihumans living. 

"Based on your ability, I can conclude that you lived long before the Kingdom of Junian was created."

Demihumans get stronger the longer they live and Esmeralda was DemiGod Rank. 

"I'm sure many people are interested in you once this information come out."

Kimberly smirked. 

"Interesting, you guys are interesting. You all are doing this for a single guy."

"Yes. It's all for Calix."

Esmeralda could see that they were not joking. Then, she could not control herself and laugh loudly. 

"What a joke! Haha! I can't believe it!"

She touched her tummy. Tears built up because she laughed too much. 

"Let's all be honest here. We want Calix because of his power, we never love him."

"Don't mock my feelings!"

Scarlett was greatly offended this time. She gritted her teeth so much that her lips almost bled.

"You don't know what you're saying, I love Calix since I was young. I know him longer than anyone here. Don't you dare belittle my love for him!"

She was mad, yet Esmeralda just shrugged. 

"Okay, but what about the others?"

The President scanned the women one by one and she could see that some of them were guilty. 

"Let's say that you indeed love Calix, but a part of it is because of his power. You never genuinely love him."

Kimberly shut her mouth. She could never retort, she needed Calix to use Runes.

Marianne just looked down. Even now, she wanted to use Calix to break through and become a 3rd Advance. 

Even Yuna was hit by the remarks. Her sanity and Term Attribute heavily relied on Calix. 

As for Nikki... She didn't need Calix except for his cock. Perhaps she was the least guilty. Nikki loved Calix, without asking for anything in return. 

Still, they have strong feelings for Calix. Even if they have their reasons, it is true that they love him. And mocking their feelings for Calix was maddening as fuck. 

Everyone stared at Esmeralda with deep coldness in their eyes. With anger and hatred, they realized that they would never forgive Esmeralda no matter what. 

"See. We are people who want to use others. Just like how you guys are using Calix, I'm using him too."

She crossed her legs, her skirt shortened and her dark brown legs shined under the chandelier. 

"And if you want to expose my identity, you can do it."

Suddenly, the light disappear and everything became dark. 

"But you have to understand that your lives will be endangered."

Black tendrils crawl from nowhere and tried to attack the women. 

However, every one of them could defend against the tendrils. 

Scarlett casually burned the tendrils to ashes. 

Marianne freezes them into statues. 

Kimberly wore her Battlesuit and subdued them.

Nikki summoned her hammer and crushed the tendrils. 

As for Yuna, she teleported behind Esmeralda and pointed a knife at her throat, ready to pierce her to death. 

"Impressive. I can see that none of you are mediocre."

Esmeralda nodded. She confirmed something.

'As expected, they evolve too. Calix's Luck is out of this world. It's impossible to someone like him to have a peaceful life, not when he can alter the destiny of a person.'

Esmeralda closed her eyes, then she opened them again after a few seconds. 

"If you have nothing else to say, I will leave."

Esmeralda stood up and casually grabbed the knife from Yuna. 

"This is not over."

They glared at her. 

"I know, but if we fight right now, all of you will die."

Esmeralda disappeared and the light returned. 

Scarlett and the others gasped for air as they realized that Esmeralda was gone. Her presence was so strong. 

"So this is the strongest Vindicator of Dellia..."

Kimberly wiped her sweat. 

Every one of them was shocked. Even if they fight Esmeralda together, they knew that they would only die.
