Return and Revamp

Hello, friends! As we approach April, 2022, I'm sure there are some thoughts about this Patreon going through your heads: 

     Wait, this Patreon still exists?
    Damn, I thought maybe she was dead!
    This is just an April Fool, right?
    Etc.

I want to assure everyone that this is not an April Fool, I'm not dead (although my creativity would beg to differ), and that I'm deeply, emphatically grateful for the people who have stuck around through my years of silence. (I'm honestly not sure how it became years, rather than months, rather than weeks, rather than days...but it did and here we are.)

To address the silence -- when I started this Patreon, it was as a writer. This changed to recording hypnosis audios about self-hypnosis through mutual trance, which changed to me making some effort to be the hypnotist/domme that at heart I am just... not. Very, very, not. I still occasionally do all of those things, but realistically none of them are things that I can produce often enough to be functional.

So I'm trying something different and going with what I enjoy doing. Some people may be aware that at hypnosis conventions I've made a reputation for myself as someone who explores the relationship between music and hypnosis. I've presented (and co-presented) classes on everything from how to use intervals to fractionate someone, to setting pop songs as triggers, to the emotional roller coasters that are the Musical Hypnotic Journeys. One of the things that has gotten an amazing response is my musical induction that I call "Cacophony" or "Listen Carefully".

Cacophony is a 4 part sung induction that was inspired by church bells and tailored to a specific subject. I have many other musical inductions in mind and going forward this Patreon will be about their creation and development.

The new tiers going forward will be as follows

$5 - Inspire 

What inspired this induction? How did I decide which format to use? Patrons at               this level will get all the information about that month's induction, including any lyrics, charts, or spreadsheets that might exist. (Spoiler alert, there are always spreadsheets.)

$10 - Process

In addition to everything offered at lower levels, you'll get to see some of the recording process, including outtakes. You'll get to hear and see how things are progressing. Yes, this means that there will be video available via YouTube.

$20 - Download

In addition to everything offered at lower levels, you will receive access to a downloadable audio recording of that month's induction. 

$50 - Create

In addition to everything offered at lower levels, you will receive access to downloadable audio recordings of each individual part of that month's induction, to use as you will. Want to learn each part? Want to remix the induction to your own specifications? Here's your chance.

$100 - Chat

In addition to everything offered at lower levels, you'll receive access to a weekly live chat where we can talk about that month's induction as well as any other music and hypnosis questions you might have.

All Patrons will receive access to special areas of the Musical Hypnotic Journeys Discord where occasionally there will be bonus content like digital art, Musical Hypnotic Journeys recordings, or (only very occasionally) live sessions.

Over the next several months all the old content will be removed from the Patreon until it is solely about musical inductions.  While I hope that those of you who have been so very supportive through all of the dry spells will remain Patrons for this new iteration, I also understand that the new content might not fall within your area of interest. I invite you to remain a Patron for one more month and see what you think of the new direction I'm taking. All content for the month of April will be available to all preexisting Patrons regardless of their level of support. After that, I'll release based on how much you're pledging. (This may mean that people who are not pledging a tiered amount might have to resubscribe at their desired tier in order to receive content.)

The new focus will be in play starting April 1, 2022, aka this coming Friday, with subsequent tiered released happening each Friday thereafter. I hope you'll stay with me through this new adventure, and as always, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support.
