In a dark dirty cell, a woman who had long hair was scratching the wall. She was scraping the moss that was growing on the walls. 

When her unkept nails were filled with green moss, the woman did not think twice and began nibbling on them. 

Her teeth and tongue made sure that she would consume all of the moss. 

In this unknown dungeon, eating moss was one of the ways to keep living. 

The woman did not know who she was. She did not know her name or her parents. She did not know anything. She never saw the life outside of this place, she believed that this Dungeon was the whole world and there was nothing outside. She never know that there was actually a gentle blue sky and warm sun outside.  

"Aaahh ggaahh guah."

She spoke... She did not know any language, this was her way of talking to herself. By speaking 'guah guah.'

She smiled after savoring the dirt. For her, except for the daily rations of food, this moss was her most treasured.

"!!"

The woman jolted when she heard the certain clanging of metals. Her face changed and she was frightened. 

She closed her eyes and kneeled down. She was hoping that she would not be chosen this time. 

Thankfully, the officer passed her cell and went to another one. 

"Guaah! Aggadah!!"

The officer pulled a struggling man out of his cell. Just like the woman, this man could not make proper words too. Language was not a concept in this place. 

"Get out! Or else I will beat you!"

The people inside their cells trembled. 

The term 'beat' and 'get out' made them shudder. They heard these words many times and they knew their meaning. Perhaps these were the only words they know. 

"Gauah!"

"You!"

The officer frowned when the filthy man touched his pants. These filthy things were dirty and the officer was disgusted with just being close to them. However, this was his job and these ignorant things were a specially important part of their plan.

"Ugh!"

The officer started beating the poor man. He did not care if the man would become limp or bleed out. As long as he did not die, the officer was free to beat him up. 

"Argh..."

"Tch! Follow me, or I will not feed you this time."

"Gauge.."

The man did not have a choice. He followed the officer with his limping feet. He was crying, beaten black and blue. 

The people inside the cells were afraid and did not dare to look at the officer. All they could hear was the pitiful groan of the man.

The woman stopped kneeling and wiped the tears in her eyes. She never knew freedom, she never knew God. All she knew was that she was going to die in this place sooner or later. 

When she opened her eyes, she was already in this dreadful place. This was her world, she never thought of leaving this place. She was just hoping that she could live at least longer. 

After a few minutes, she glanced at the walls. She licked her lips and decided to eat a few mosses again. She was already used to this life and she just wanted to keep her life eating the dirty moss. 

She smiled. She had already forgotten that someone was beaten. 

"Hmmm!"

In her opinion, this moss was better than those stinky glue-like tasteless food that the officers bring. At least this moss was tasty and made her tongue sense something. But of course, the rations filled her stomach more so she would never say no. 

The woman touched her cheeks in happiness. She had brown skin, green eyes, and long ears just like those...

"Here I am... The University of Horvart. The first college university in history."

Calix muttered while staring at the huge structure before him. This place was so huge that Calix would take twenty days to venture the whole place. 

The Horvart University was could be seen as a city and most of its citizens were students from all over the world. This University gathered every genius and nurtured them. It was neutral territory and even Junian could not command the University.

'I heard that this University has an ancient library where all of the lost writings can be found.'

It was indeed a fact that Horvart University had an ancient library and most people wanted to enter the sacred place at least once. However, the ancient library had maximum security, and only special students and high-ranked individuals could enter the place. 

'Even Esmeralda is not allowed...'

The President's identity was too dangerous for the University to let her enter the library.

'Well, Esmeralda is not allowed to visit Junian so it's futile anyway.'

Considering the situation between the two countries, it was obvious that Esmeralda was not allowed. 

Calix's current identity was Lucky T. Tiko. 

A young tourist and a transfer student from Carrillo. It was a fake identity and Calix picked the name by himself. 

"I think my course is Archeology."

Which means that he would have a chance to study the history of this country. 

'Furthermore... I have to find my contact.'

Esmeralda said to him that she planted a spy in this place a few years ago. The spy was carefully doing his job and gathering Intel. 

Calix wanted to ask this person if he had an idea about Toshi Densetsu or anything related to Dark Elves. 

Aside from that, this mission was sort of a vacation. He wanted to visit some places and take pictures. 

"In a way, I'm really a tourist."

"E- excuse me? Are you Lucky T. Tiko?"

A woman approached him. 

"Yes, it's me."

"I'm your guide, my name is Oni Chichi)

"Nice to meet you miss Oni"

He gave his best smile. But with his bangs that covered his eyes, he kinda looks creepy.
