Chapter 363

Andromeda summoned a bottle of water and drank it hungrily. She slapped her cheek so that she could maintain her sanity. She took a deep breath and eased her trembling. Even now she could still the pain of 'death'. The cold touch of endless rest sent shivers down to her spine. Her heart was palpitating as if there was a hole in her chest. Even her limbs were burning because of what Kyle's experienced before he died.

However, her job was still not over. She did her best to stand up. Thankfully, Mikael was there to help her. Her pale face slightly blushed and nodded, giving Mikael the signal that she was fine.

Mikael didn't say anything. In the first place, he was not that close with Andromeda. They had a conversation but it was not enough to identify them as friends. Still, he was not that stupid to watch Andromeda suffer while he was doing nothing. He promised that he would exterminate the Demons, he already promised it to the Protector.

Ai Biyu stepped in, she knew that she was stepping her boundaries but she didn't have a choice. She was scared that the longer they waste, the worse it would be for Lee Hal-Sung and Janna.

Now that Kyle was alive, Andromeda had to revive the others. Everyone understood that it was painful based on Andromeda's complexion. However, personal selfishness had unknown bounds. Ai Biyu would rather sacrifice Andromeda's sanity to revive her friends. After all, she didn't Andromeda well. She was a stranger to her. Besides, Mikael may hide it but he was the most anxious right now.

Andromeda saw her expression and she nodded. She accepted her request. After all, the reason why she came here was to revive everyone that she could revive.

"Take me to the place where they died."

Andromeda averted her gaze, she couldn't look at Ai Biyu like this.

"N- no, what are you talking about? I thought you can revive them!!?"

She slightly raised her voice. She tried to confront Andromeda but Mikael and Miriam stopped her.

The place was quiet and a lot of people died, it was a frightening scene to witness. Yet, despite the people dying in this place, no bodies could be seen. Except for the debris and blood that painted the ground, no human could be found.

"Miriam… Let go of me."

Ai Biyu said, her arm was shaking because of frustration. This thing, all of this, she didn't want this to happen. She just wanted to stop the war against Ivan Smirnov. She didn't want to fight the Demons and she didn't want to see her friends die.

Andromeda looked down. It was the most horrible scene that she ever witnessed. There were no bodies at all, which means that Andromeda could revive them.

This was the true terror that Elizabeth brought to them even though she was already dead. She destroyed Janna and Lee Hal-Sung's bodies, they would never return again.

Ai Biyu lost her strength and she kneeled to the bloodied ground, she slammed her fists because of frustration.

"Aaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!"

She screamed so loud and released everything in her chest. After that, Ai Biyu started crying like a broken dam.

Miriam bit her lip, she couldn't do anything. Except for her ability to see the world, she was nothing. She glanced at the Elves that were checking Kyle's health. Some of the Elves were carrying the dead bodies of their comrades. It may look dreadful, but these Elves were hoping that Andromeda would revive their comrades.

It was a blessing/curse that only the Hunters in the Flying Fortress were killed into and their bodies were shattered into tiny pieces so Andromeda couldn't revive them. As for the dead Elves, their bodies were still intact so there was hope for them.

However, these Elves didn't dare to take a step closer to talk Andromeda. Not when there was a guy who was staring nowhere, as if he lost everything.

Mikael clenched his weapon, the idea of stabbing himself entered his mind. It was not a bad idea at all. He had a gist of what happened Niña. After all, he witnessed how Niña tried to travel to another dimension to erase her existence.

But, he wanted to make sure that he was wrong, he was begging that Niña was at least on Earth. He glanced at Miriam who was haggard and lost her weight.

"Miriam, what happened to Niña."

His voice was hoarse and heavy at the same time. He was afraid but he had to face it. So that he had a reason to fuck the Demons to their death.

"Niña..." Miriam closed her eyes. She was tired, despite the fact that Kyle was alive, there was still a hole in her heart. Niña was dead.

"She died in a place... I don't know what it is. She tried to take Elizabeth to an unknown place... Then-"

"I see..."

Miriam was not lying. She didn't know what exactly happened. Niña disappeared, and even now, Miriam's Clairvoyance couldn't find her. As if Niña was not on the planet.

Mikael's eyes became much clearer. He stared in the direction where most of the Demons lingered. He chuckled, like a crazy person.

"Hehe, I guess my job here is over."

He started walking away from them.

"M- Mikael!!"

Andromeda tried to stop him but Mikael's abyss-like eyes stopped her feet from taking a step.
