Capitulo 102

As they entered the Colosseum, the deafening cries of audiences reverberated around. Even the people outside the Colosseum felt the trembling. The audiences were cheering for their best picks to win.

When they entered the Colosseum, Fantasia slightly frowned upon the heat, people, and noises. Still, it won't stop her from watching. In the first place, she didn't come here to have some fun. She came here to deduce the distance between the most talented Nightbreakers of her generation and herself.

She wanted to know how strong they are. Sure enough, when the first battle took place, Fantasia became immersed and she forgot about Keenan who was munching popcorns beside her.

"Do you want some? This is your money so…"

Fantasia didn't answer, her eyes were set on the arena where two talented Handlers were fighting using their Arma and Bestia.

Keenan shrugged and decided to eat the popcorn by himself. She didn't want to disturb the woman who was so concentrated on watching the battle.

'Well, they are indeed strong. I guess the term talented is not that rare. Especially when all of the participants are talented."

This was the semi-finals of the National Tournament and only strong sixteen contestants were remaining. They underwent dozens of battles to reach this point and they won't accomplish it if they were not strong. So the fact that they reach semis was already enough to prove their capabilities as a Nightbreaker. What's more, was that they were almost Class-SS or Class-SSS. Heck, Keenan even heard that one of the participants was a DemiGod.

'A DemiGod with the same age as me is truly frightening. His/her future is already set in stone. For a young age. Now that's what I call talented, or perhaps above the term talented.'

Keenan chuckled, he admitted that each one of the participants could defeat him in a battle.

"They have strong senses to detect my Hands…"

He mumbled. Then, someone disturbed him. Keenan turned to Fantasia who was tugging the hem of his t-shirt.

"Keenan, you're second power is a Unique Bestia, right?"

"Um, if you want to ask someone respectfully, you have to look at them."

"I'm sorry, I can't turn my eyes. The battle is so intense and I don't want to miss anything."

Fantasia didn't look at him, her eyes were glued at the arena where the two Nightbreakers were fighting using their Arma and Bestia. The Bestia was a Unique Bestia so Fantasia recalled the Hands that Keenan have. She knew nothing about an animal that has four Hands.

"Yeah, my second power is a Unique Bestia. Its true form is four Hands(currenty) attached to the hilt of the Katana. In a way, I can use both my power at the same time in that condition."

Just like Arma, Bestia was categorized in three.

1.) Bestia: A person who can turn into an animal.

2.) New-Gen Bestia: A person who can turn into an animal. However, their skills are kind of innovative because they have guns or blades around their bodies. They are like Zoids. The best example would be Blastoise.

3.) Unique Bestia: They are those who can transform into a creature, but their appearance were not close to real animals. Examples: goblin, minotaur, harpy, and Keenan's Hands.

Keenan's second power didn't have a comparison to any animal.

'What the heck has four hands attached to a katana?'

He asked himself, it was a pretty bum. Anyway, Keenan stared at the battle. The Handler and his Bestia were fighting against the other Handler who was using a bow. The Bestia was a werewolf that has sharp claws. As for the Handler, he was using a spear(normal) to attack the enemy.

In a way, they were double-teaming the Handler because they were two.

This was the advantage of being a Bestia Handler, the enemy has two people to beware of.

The Handler who was holding his bow was on a tightrope, however, it didn't mean that he would be easily lost. He was fast and he could dodge their attacks while counterattacking. Truly the meaning of prodigy.

"I heard that the Bestia, the werewolf, is from the Canidae Clan. He's a hybrid, he didn't look like a wolf at all. In the first place, no wolf can stand up using two feet."

"Canidae? Isn't that part of the Great Twelve Clans?"

Keenan was surprised to know that this Bestia was from a prominent Clan. Perhaps that was the reason why he had a strong foundation and build up his talent well.

"It is."

Fantasia nodded, then she continued talking about the Handler who was using a bow.

"As for him, he's from a Guild. The Firecracker Guild, I heard he will become a captain once he graduates."

"Eh, I'm jealous, their futures are already set."

"Un."

Fantasia agreed to that. After this, these people were going to earn sponsors and resources. Perhaps they would be given at least multiple SSS cores.

(Note: I decided to go with SSS core to describe the strength of the N-cores. It's quite confusing to go with Class-SSS N-cores. Hope you understand.)

Keenan sighed. Then, the battle ended with a close call, the bow-user won but he didn't win easily. The werewolf almost catch his figure before he pulled out the string of the bow and ended the battle using his strongest Skill.

All of the audience stood up n clapped their hands, they were shouting and whistling, it was a great battle and even Keenan agreed to that. Their battle was heart-stopping.

Then, the second battle for the day started... this was the moment that shook Keenan the most.

A beautiful woman who had snow-white hair appeared in the arena, her forest-like green eyes mesmerized them. Behind her, there are three girls who had their unique characteristics too.

When the four women appeared, almost all of the audience cheered at the top of their lungs. The Princess of Three Blades(two Arma and one Bestia) had set her feet on the arena.

Keenan's eyes widened in surprise, his pupils trembled and he stood up unintentionally. The popcorns fell and Fantasia glanced at him, she found that Keenan was stunned.

"Alexa Renona..."

He whispered under his breath, the woman who he was looking for for many years showed herself in an unexpected way.
