Spells and potions are available in the new release!

Major changes:
- Added Az'ea's spell book, featuring 9 new spells to help manage the castle. Access this from her study.
- Added the ability to consult the orrery if Az'ea's study is sufficiently upgraded, letting you know the outcomes of spells in advance.
- Added Delia's potion recipe book, featuring 7 new potions you can brew to enhance your training of the maids or boost their lust.
- Added a new scene in which Beth asks Az'ea about the skimpiness of the uniforms.
- Added a new scene in which Beth asks Az'ea about the origin of the portal.
- Added 5 new holding court events.
- Started replacing the existing placeholder holding court images with some of the new artwork.
