I'm sure there are more yet undiscovered lol, but we'll get there! One of the biggest new challenges was having my targeting system work no matter what each character's HP is, and no matter if someone was KO'd out of turn. As expected, this led to battles glitching out and being un-finishable. However, I sent the past few days addressing this and really reworking basically the entire battle code. After a couple dozen tests tonight, it seems to be working correctly! Now, I do need to apply this all this pretty much every post-Ophelia fight from now on, and all repeatable fights in The Weeping Hedges, which will take some time, but nowhere near as long as figuring it out the first time!
Since twitter remains the best place for me to post videos, I've linked this video there as well. I tested it 5 times consecutively with 0 glitches. As such, I'm fairly certain I have everything figured out...but, I'm not 100% certain, so I will be uploading a new play test once I apply this new battle code to the plants as well.
