My first even "below the belt" drawing.

A couple of months ago, if you asked me to try drawing on my own, well, you'd be lucky to get a stick figure. I know this certainly isn't perfect, and I would like to really figure out a more anime style in the future, but considering how quickly I'm evolving and this being my very first attempt at something like this, I'm gunna go ahead and pat myself on the back. This is part one of a two frame image, the next one will be closed so, when animated, will give that om nom nom effect during unbirth. I'm trying to be critical on myself, but not so much so that I try to convince myself I need to go from "never drew anything" to "Karbo who?" I wasn't entirely certain I had potential to even make my own art until pretty recently. It's still very early in my career for all things really. Programming, writing, art, ect. If I can keep growing at this steady pace...well, I hope I don't disappoint!

Just one more item off my list of things to replace in Domain that was originally a photoshop/anime picture. I sometimes wonder how much further along the game would have been if I had never picked up my stylist and began drawing. Much further, probably. However, I imagine this final product will be much more worth the wait!
