It's hard always feeling like you have to push everyone away and self destruct, and even harder to reach out and ask for help. No matter how much we talk about it, it hardly seems to get any better. Though, sometimes having the right kind of person in your life who is willing to make you feel validated can at least help spark a change, no matter how small.
