Goooood timezone, friends! Andy here, it's nice seeing you guys here again with me making an actual update. I don't get much chance of checking up on you guys, but I hope you're all doing okay. Even if you're not, I hope you'll feel better soon.

Without further ado, let's...well, let's do the usual thing, announcing the update...err, I mean changelogs!

To tell you the truth, I forgot how to upload game files to itch.io (yikes), so I'll be using Dropbox for a while, plus, I heard itch.io download has been pretty slow, so it works out, right?

So...! Lars day 8. Been a while since I wrote anything lengthy, but I managed to finish in time, it's like a miracle, to be honest. 

Here's some of the notable changes in Patreon 0.8.10:

Updated title screen.

Well, it's been a plan since mid 2020, but we don't have the resource at the moment, so we were stuck with the one shown below. It has been recently brought up to me that some other great VN's have been using similar style of the title screen as what we had. It's a great honor that our small VN could inspire some other devs, I'm really happy, but I also like to avoid confusion, so I decided to change the title screen.

And here's the new ones, it's not necessarily better, but I promise, once we have more resource, it's gonna be great.

A bunch of a bunch of a bunch of new BGs

Holy crap, y'all. I can't stress it enough, but the amount of BGs our background artist made in such a short time baffles me, we have a total of 23 original backgrounds (112, if you count variations!) I don't know, that's kinda a lot of BGs made in a year, I don't make backgrounds...I wouldn't know if it was slow, but I felt it was lightning fast. Here are some of the new BGs. Please, indulge yourself with them.

Some new character sprites + expressions

We currently have 10 characters drawn by Wolgen by now, 5 of them have expression sets, but no worries, we'll soon have more expressions sets for sub characters even.

We only stan Liz in this household, btw.

And well, of course we have Lars day 8...and some more changes in previous days!

This might be obvious, but I feel like pointing it out anyway, the most hyped update is probably Lars day 8 and...that day 2 scene of Walter nutting. But please keep in mind that it's only available while choosing Lars in the shower scene. And trust me, it's anything but sexy hehe.

Here's a smaller, yet somehow more detailed of what's new in this update:

• Lars day 8 has been added.
• Day 2 has been slightly adjusted, mostly in the shower scene.
• Day 7 has been slightly adjusted.
• Dialogues have been slightly adjusted, will be worked on more in the future.
• Story has been adjusted slightly, and new variables have been added.
• Love and Like points have been evenly distributed.
• New BGs have been added: Tora's inn bath, MC's house front and gate, and Lars' tent.
• Main Character CGs have been added.
• Talbot new character sheets have been added.
• Several character expressions have been added. 
• Character screen has been edited slightly.
• Game window icon has been changed.
• Game logo has been changed.
• Title screen has been changed.
• Prologue skip feature has been implemented and can be accessed by starting a new game. Skips to day 2, shower scene.

The same update will be pushed to public, without day 8, of course. It should be up soon, as soon as we've finished doing some changes to the public version.
