Stuff like perky breasts, plump bottom, longer eyelashes. Mostly cosmetic stuff or to make herself a little younger so that she doesn’t look old.

Whether he succeeds in brainwashing Bruce to act the part, I'd leave to you! Though I think it'd be pretty adorable for the Arkham Batman to try to keep doing his job in the body of a cute girl, especially as the nanites keep converting his armor into a pinafore dress.

Maybe for something that's not kink or pinup related some day.
