Progress update on the Season 3 Deepdive videos

It's going well I think! The method of going in alphabetical order folder by folder is working well. I've been really enjoying editing lately and today I spent several hours editing the bloopers into the right places. There were a lot of clips from a lot of episodes in that so it took longer than the usual video to edit in. I've now edited in 73 videos from the season 3 "videos" folder (this is not all of the videos for season 3, some are in episode specific folders and I started from those, though I am not done with them either). I've also looked through 43 videos and discarded those as not relevant to this project. I thankfully figured out that I can keep tabs on that like this:

 (That is screenshot 1/3 BTW for this folder) This has helped keep me organized and eliminated the executive dysfunction of always having to decide what to work on next before I get started for the day. Yes, I've skipped a few videos/podcasts for one reason or another but I'll get back to those later. I'm so glad I thought of this screenshot method, I would be so lost if I just had to remember what I've put in already. I feel really good, I love doing this (when my software is not crashing on me) and I've actually learned to use the updated PowerDirector decently now and have found that it's (unsurprisingly) a LOT faster and more efficient to use than the ancient version. Who would have thought?

I know I'm still way behind schedule from how I did previously and the pictures and text will take the longest to get through (I have done some of them and I've tried to sort the pictures into the right folders, I don't have that much sorting left at this point) and I'll do the same systematic approach to them after I finish with the video folder. I think the main thing is that I am putting hours into this every day now because I genuinely want to and feel good doing it. I was in a slump with the "Stuff I Missed" videos for so long I was worried I lost my passion but I can confidently say now that it's back! And I'm progressing faster now that I no longer have to wait about 10 seconds every time I want to edit a bit of text so that has been a game changer.

ALSO! I'm planning to film the next season 3 reaction videos on Sunday if nothing goes wrong with that. I'm almost done editing the episode 3 reaction. I'm sorry the reaction videos are progressing so slowly. I genuinely find those way harder to make despite how they should be more "low effort" than the big videos. They're just out of my comfort zone in both the filming and editing stages (and the thinking-of-people-looking-at-my-face-afterwards stage too).
